PSG Flexible Lines

The flexible analysis lines have a bending radius of approx. 6 times the outer diameter and are usually delivered ready-to-use. The lengths vary between 30 cm and 100 meters (even longer cables are possible on request), and temperature control is also required.

PSG Extruded Lines

PSG’s Extruded Lines, also known as heated sample lines, offer a robust solution for transporting gas samples from the Gas Sampling Probe to the sample conditioning system or Analyzer. These lines are designed with durability and flexibility in mind, ensuring the safe and accurate transfer of gas samples.

Key Features:

  • Available in Basic and Plus Models to cater to different needs
  • Utilizes external temperature controller for precise operation
  • Temperature control up to a maximum of 200°C
  • Can be extended up to 300 meters in length
  • Easy customization: Can be shortened every 0.5 meters for on-site assembly or ready-made ex works
  • Sturdy construction with thick-walled extruded jackets made of flame-resistant, weather-resistant PVC, PE, or TPU materials
  • Internal tubes available in PTFE, PFA, stainless steel, or special alloy options
  • Option for up to 12 internal lines to meet specific requirements
  • Interchangeable internal lines for added versatility
