HGI offers a comprehensive repair service for a wide range of CEMS equipment. Our trained engineers can perform on-site repairs, or if needed, the equipment can be removed from site and repaired in our workshop before being reinstalled and recommissioned on site.

For workshop repairs, we provide a competitively priced and efficient service. If necessary, we can arrange collection of the equipment from the site. Upon receiving the repair, our customers will receive an initial assessment report within 5 working days. Our goal is to complete the repair and provide a comprehensive repair report in under 2 weeks, subject to parts availability.

Gas Analysers, Oxygen Analysers, Flowmeter, Moisture Analysers and Dust Probes

Diagnosis and repair of any number of faults, including but not limited to:

  • Replacement of faulty components such as sources, detectors, benches, windows/lens, chopper motors, pumps, flow sensors/gauges, gas cells, heaters, filters, solenoids, motherboards/PCBs
  • Checking for leaks/blockages of analyser plumbing
  • Service and re-calibration

  • Sample Pumps: pump heads, motors, leak testing, blockages, flow efficiency testing
